   The general investment program of subjects of electric power industry of the Russian Federation for 2009 is lowered approximately on 60-70 bln. roubles (9–11 %) — to 550 bln. roubles, has informed "Interfax" a source in the government, making comments to project of the investment program on current year and for the period till 2011.

   As he said, the total volume of investments for three years will make 1,8  trillion roubles that approximately on 300 bln.roubles less in comparison with the previous investment program
(–14,3 %).

   Thus in 2009 the investment program will make 550 bln. roubles that approximately on 60-70 bln. roubles less than the previous program.

   The source in the government has thus noticed that in physical volume the investment program practically will not change, and decrease its nominal volume is reached at the expense of reduction of costs approximately on 15 %. «On the average costs are reduced approximately to 15 % at the expense of depreciation of constructional materials, on the different companies costs decrease on the average from 10 to 17 %.
   The considerable part of basic power equipment of TPS and HPS has physical deterioration more than 100 % and demands carrying out of technical expert appraisal, prolongation of service life or dismantle.

   Experts have counted the most favourable ways of useful use of passing gas. All agree in opinion that there are only two ways to put on use associated petroleum gas (APG). First, raw materials to direct on gas processing (synthesis of methanol, technology GTL etc.). It will allow to receive competitive and demanded production. Secondly, by means of associated petroleum gas is favourable to produce electric power. It will be cheaper in comparison with that which should be bought to the oil companies at powermen.

   Besides on plans of oil industry workers, having extinguished torches, it's possible to improve considerably a regional ecological situation and to observe requirements of supervising bodies. If APG to send for processing, and then already cleared gas to use as fuel for electroinstallations is possible to solve a problem of approaching power deficiency.
