Associated petroleum gas (APG) is the natural hydrocarbonic gas, dissolved in oil or being in "caps" oil and gas-condensate of deposits.Unlike natural gas, associated petroleum gas contains in the structure except methane and ethane, the big fraction of propan, butane and steams of heavier hydrocarbons.
Associated petroleum gas is highly economic power fuel. Associated petroleum gas is widely applied as fuel on power stations, in ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy, the cement and glass industry, as raw materials to preparation of organic compounds at synthesis.
Last years interest of world power, ecological and business community to problem of recycling of associated petroleum gas as because of ecological, and financial reasons has sharply become strained. Burning of associated petroleum gas in torches gives nearby 1 % of all world dischargings of hotbed carbonic gas, at the same time is a destruction of valuable not renewed natural resources.
According to the ecological organisations, as result of burning of associated petroleum gas in torches in Russia is formed annually almost 100 million tons of emission ÑÎ2, thus in atmosphere is allocated methane – much more active hotbed gas, than ÑÎ2. The volume of emissions of colloidal carbon is estimated approximately in 500 thousand tons per year.
The program connected with recycling of associated petroleum gas, has got national character. Has come into force the applicable legislation which has put high enough - 95 % - barrier on recycling of associated petroleum gas on deposits. And default of this requirement is connected with essential penal sanctions since 2012.
As a result of dialogue between branch and the government have been created the measures of stimulating character directed on the investment into this direction.Various oil company choose most comprehensible the variants of the decision of this problem (processing for pumping in gas pipeline, construction of small power stations, production of chemical raw materials etc.). In this connection is necessity for comparison of various ways of processing APG for concrete conditions, and also increases the requirement for the corresponding process equipment.
