At the present time OJSC "Komineftegasprom" takes active part in work on a problem of processing and use of associated petroleum gas, participates in creation and realisation of regional programs of recycling of gas on oil deposits, on gas condensate banks of gas deposits, gaining of the state support of these works. With regional Governments of the Russian Federation at level of Heads of regions, such as Republic Komi, Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district , Krasnoyarsk region,Tyuman region are reached arrangements on advancement of technologies on the processing of associated petroleum gas developed by company ALCO GAS & OIL PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT LTD.

We constantly carry out work in the given direction with the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation, members of various fractions of State Duma and Federation Council of the Russian Federation where we find support of our projects and offers in the specified directions as the problem of use of associated petroleum gas has the important international aspect. It's connected with participation of the Russian Federation in the Frame Convention of the United Nations about climate change and the Kiotsky Protocol providing use of economic mechanisms (trade in quotas and realisation of joint projects) for the decision of global environmental problems.

Reduction of volumes of associated petroleum gas useless burning down in torches, besides all other reasons, will entail decrease in issue of hotbed gases in atmosphere, will allow Russia to approach to realisation of mechanisms of the Kiotsky Protocol and the confirmed Ecological doctrine of the Russian Federation with favorable starting conditions
