OJSC "Komineftegasprom"is incorporated on December, 17, 2007 as the company aimed at increase of efficiency oil and gas extraction with  use  of  the  advanced  technological decisions.At the moment strategic direction of activity of the company is use of technological potential and  world  experience  in  area  of processing  of  associated  petroleum  gas and reception highly liquid hydrocarbons.

For  some  years the company  has  essentially lifted the level of competencies, has saved up the  considerable  intellectual  capital, has generated a powerful administrative team, has established mutually advantageous partnership with the Russian and foreign companies of oil and gas sector, has got support at various levels of the government.
